Integrated People-Centred Systems: Possibilities and Pipe Dreams

Panel Recording | 60min | English

The path to a truly integrated health system is a journey and never a final destination. The drive for continuous, person-centred quality improvement is an essential element of redefining health systems.

In June 2019 at the National Health Leadership Conference, Canadian health leaders and patient leader, Hélène Campbell, discussed the challenges, lessons-learned, and complexities involved with co-designing integrated, people-centred, health systems.

Hear the first-hand experiences of health leaders involved in implementing integrated care in their respective jurisdictions. Gain insights from a patient perspective of navigating evolving health systems. Hear their reflections and insights, understand the impetus for change and learn how ideas can be turned into action.
